Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design team, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and processes.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
